Use of the service

ScoutTract is a research tool. Accounts are personal; keep your password private and do not share access. Use the service only for lawful purposes and follow the license terms of each data source shown in the app.

Research data

All information shown is subject to the Data Disclaimer. It is not a survey, title opinion, legal or engineering advice, or an official determination.

Trials and access

Trial accounts end automatically. Administrators may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

SMS program terms

The ScoutTract App Link program sends one-time text messages only when a user or administrator sends you an install link or a trial invitation that you asked for. One message per request; at most 3 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details: SMS terms.
