ScoutTract App Link — SMS Terms

Program operated by the ScoutTract account owner.

Program description

The ScoutTract App Link program sends one-time text messages of two kinds: (1) a link to install the ScoutTract field app, and (2) a personal invitation link to a free ScoutTract trial. Messages are sent only to people who have asked a ScoutTract user or administrator for the link or agreed to receive the invitation (in person, by phone or by email) and who gave their mobile number for that purpose. The sender must confirm that consent in the app before each message. No marketing messages are sent, and trial reminders are sent by email only, never by text.

Message frequency

One message per request. A number receives at most 3 messages per day, and usually only one ever. A number can receive only one pending trial invitation at a time.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. ScoutTract does not charge for these messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to stop all messages; you will receive one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact catchall@scouttract.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
